技术领域
本发明涉及处理底基以促进油从底基上脱除的方法,具体(但不限于)涉及对处理油面检测传感器表面尤其有用的方法。
发明背景
在含油系统中使用各种类型的液面检测传感器。过去和目前有些这类液面检测传感器为浮标型,完全由机械指示液面或通过将机械运动转换为电信号指示液面。最近,已经使用光和电子液面检测传感器,无需运动部件,排除油污弄脏浮动机构的问题。
光液面传感器包括光束照射到透镜的那类。如果油面在透镜或之上,光会穿过透镜进入液体。然而,如果油面低于透镜,光束将从透镜反射,检测反射与否来测定油面。电子传感器包括油面会影响金属棒上电容量的那类。在常规的发动机仪表中,仅在启动时测量油面,因为在启动该发动机后油盘液面下降。对这两类仪表,如果在读数之前没有从传感器表面排出油,会影响读数。
用于柴油发动机的润滑油易于使含碳物质积聚,如积碳,当使用这种油时,这种污染会使油粘附在传感器仪表表面。排除这样的污油需耗时10分钟,在某些情况决不会从表面排除油。
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供处理底基以促进油从底基上脱除的方法。

本发明第四个目的是提供一种处理液面传感仪表表面的方法,这类仪表用于含碳物质的柴油发动机润滑油。

发明内容
本发明达到上面的目的,其中在一个较佳实例中提供了一种处理油面传感仪表表面以促进油从该表面脱除的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:用底漆涂布所述油面传感仪表的所述表面,使所述底漆干燥;然后,用有机硅溶液涂布所述油面传感仪表的所述表面,固化在所述油面传感仪表的所述表面上的所述有机硅溶液。
实施本发明的最佳模式
本发明的步骤如下:
(1)清洁需处理的底基。
(2)在该底基上施涂一种底漆。
(3)使底漆干燥。
(4)将处理材料施用到底涂后的底基上。
(5)固化施涂后的处理材料。
已经发现合适的清洁材料是异丙醇;然而,能与底基相容的任何其它清洁材料都可使用。适用于本发明的常规底基包括光液面传感器的聚合物表面和电容液面传感器的金属表面,两者都可应用于发动机润滑油的液面传感。
底漆必须能有效制得底基表面,使促进随后施用的处理材料的粘合。用于各种金属、聚合物、和其它非金属材料的较好底漆,即丙烯酸类聚合物溶液的组成如下:

处理材料必须能有效提供非常光滑的表面,以促进发动机润滑油从该表面迅速脱除。用于各种金属、聚合物和其它非金属材料的优选处理材料,即有机硅溶液的组成如下:

一般在室温下将底漆溶液施涂到底基后干燥,较好的通过空气干燥。
然后在室温,将底基浸入处理溶液,根据要求的涂层厚度,约0.5-10分钟后取出,较好约1-4分钟后取出。随后使涂层在室温干燥,通常约10-20分钟,直到不发粘。然后在约245-275°F的合适温度,较好约为260°F下固化该涂层至少4小时,有效地制得非常光滑的涂层。固化后涂层厚度应约为3-5微米,较好的约4微米。
本技术公开了本发明中使用的有机硅涂料和底漆,提供以防天候破坏,包括防紫外线、热、冷、雨、雪和冰,以及抗沙和抗尘土性损坏的保护。揭示硬的涂层能抗紫外线、摩耗和划痕、溶剂/化学品、以及热。这类涂层一直用于眼镜的镜片和机动车的前灯。
通过紫外线固化的有机硅溶液也可以用作处理材料。
经这种处理能经济方便地制得有非常坚固涂层的底基,可将积炭的润滑油从底基上排出至满意程度,这样的排出立刻发生,最多约1分钟发生。
因此,可以看到,可有效达到在前面说明书中提出,或由说明书可以明显看出的目的,因为上面方法中的一些变化没有偏离本发明的范围,因此可以认为上面说明部分包含的所有内容仅用于说明,不构成限制。

Claims (13)

1.一种处理油面传感仪表表面,促进油从该表面上脱除的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:
(a)用底漆涂布所述油面传感仪表的所述表面,使所述底漆干燥;
(b)然后用有机硅溶液涂布所述油面传感仪表的所述表面,固化在所述油面传感仪表的所述表面上的所述有机硅溶液。
2.如权利要求1所述的处理所述油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括提供所述底漆为一种丙烯酸类聚合物溶液。
3.如权利要求2所述的处理油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括提供含聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的所述丙烯酸类聚合物溶液。
4.如权利要求3所述的处理油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括提供约含10-30%重量双丙酮醇、约80-99%重量1-甲氧基-2-丙醇、约1-5%重量聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和约1-5%重量2-甲氧基-1-丙醇的所述丙烯酸类聚合物溶液。
5.如权利要求1所述的处理油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括提供含甲基硅倍半氧烷树脂的所述有机硅溶液。
6.如权利要求5所述的处理油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括提供约含10-30%重量甲醇、约10-30%重量异丙醇、约10-30%重量正丁醇、约10-30%重量甲基硅倍半氧烷树脂和约5-10%重量水的所述有机硅溶液。
7.如权利要求1所述的处理油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述油面传感仪表可用于其中有含碳物质的润滑油的柴油发动机。
8.如权利要求1所述的处理油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括:在约245-275°F的温度下固化所述的有机硅溶液。
9.如权利要求8所述的处理油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括:在约260°F固化所述油面传感仪表的所述表面。
10.如权利要求8所述的处理油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括:固化所述油面传感仪表的所述表面至少约4小时。
11.如权利要求1所述的处理油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括:用紫外线固化所述油面传感仪表的所述有机硅表面。
12.如权利要求1所述的处理油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括:提供固化后厚度约3-5微米的所述涂层。
13.如权利要求12所述的处理油面传感仪表表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括:提供固化后厚度约4微米的所述涂层。
