Description

铺设地板块的方法
本发明涉及一种铺设和机械式连接地板块的方法,这些地板块在其一个纵向边和一个横向边上设有一个榫,并且在其相对的另一纵向边和另一横向边上设有一个与榫相对应的槽,其中,榫和槽这样构造,使得相互插接的地板块沿水平方向卡住。
在US-A-5,860,267和US-A-6,023,907中说明了一系列铺设方法。在这些公开的方法中,一些地板块位于一个第一列中,至少一块地板块位于第二列中并以纵向边与第一列的地板块连接。一块新的地板块以横向边部分地与第二列的地板块连接。其中,新的地板块平整地放在地面上。接着,第二列的地板块和新的地板块一同被抬起并相对于第一列偏转一个角度。然后相对于第二列的地板块推移新地板块,直到它的纵向边进入第一列的地板块内。
接着,第二列的地板块和新的地板块又被翻转下来,使其与第二列和第一列锁紧地连接。按照另一所述方法,新地板块首先水平地朝第一列方向推移,直至那些地板块的纵向边插入,然后相对于第一列朝第二列地板块的横向边方向推移,直至那些地板块插入。
最先描述的方法实施起来相当复杂,因为,铺地板的人必须用一只手向上偏转那些地板块并用另一只手在偏转的位置中推移新地板块。如果将新地板块弄倾斜,则存在这样的危险,即弄断榫或槽。地板块的长度可达2.5米,它对于榫-槽连接结构起到一个长的杠杆臂的作用。仅仅地板块的自重就可导致,当从地面上抬起地板块时,榫-槽连接结构被损坏。因此,这样的铺设应该只能由两个人来进行。
为了使新的地板块首先能够以其纵向边与前面的地板块列连接,然后能够沿纵向推移到第二列的地板块上,在US-A-6,023,907公开的榫-槽结构中在连接位置处设置了间隙△。但设置在连接位置处的间隙有以下缺点,即,地板块不仅可朝连接位置方向移动,而且还可与之垂直地移动。就是说,相邻地板块的连接接头不密封,并且因此可以进入潮气。尤其是用MDF或HDF制成的层压薄板地板块,有这样的危险,即地板芯被进入的湿气泡涨并使地板损坏。为避免这种危险,在前面提到的文献中建议,在连接位置之间置入一个密封物,如硅树脂或橡胶带。这样的措施使铺设复杂化。为使连接位置真正保持密封,此外还要求精密的工作方式,这正是在被谈到“咔嗒型材”的家庭工作领域中所不希望的。
通过一个榫-槽连接结构相互接合的两个地板块在连接位置处相互卡住或锁紧,“咔嗒型材”、即这样构造的地板块,基于上述原因被这样构成,即,在连接位置上没有间隙,而是相反,存在预紧力,这就确保了,地板块其在连接接头处,尤其是在表面上,彼此密封地紧贴。两块在预紧力作用下其纵向边彼此连接的地板块具有几米的长度,由于连接位置的摩擦,它们只能在很大的作用力下才可彼此相对移动。为使新安装的地板块与已经铺设在第二列中的地板块的横向边相连接,铺设的人通常必须用极大的力,通过用锤子打击把新地板块向所希望的方向推进。地板块有几毫米的厚度,不留心的锤击不仅可导致由于其造型而敏感的新地板块的横向边的损坏,还会导致上面的连接楞的损坏,这可能是不易看出的。由于对分界接头的这种损害,地板块再不能够密封地铺设,这里日后会侵入潮气,导致地板产生前面描述过的损坏。
DE 20002413 U1公开的可以“咔嗒成型”的地板块这样铺设,使得地板块首先以其纵向边相互插接,新铺的地板块在纵向边上与已铺好的地板块连接,通过在横向边上锤击使其沿纵向移动,直到其相对的端面嵌入已铺好的地板块的端面内。借助文献中描述的铺设方法不能实现,首先连接窄边,然后通过在纵向边上打击地板块使其沿横向移动如此远,直至它以其纵向边卡在已铺好的地板块列内。
以解决上述问题为出发点,提出这样一种铺设方法,使得即使未经培训过的人也能以简单和快速方式铺设可机械式锁紧的地板块(“咔嗒型材”),其中,在插接之后在连接位置处由于结构作用一个预紧力。
为解决问题,开头所述的方法以下面的步骤为特征:
a)首先,多块地板块为在地面上铺成一个第一列而在横向边上彼此连接和卡住,
b)接着,一个第一地板块与第一列的一块或两块地板块,通过纵向边上的榫-槽连接结构,在第二列开始处连接和卡住,然后
c)新地板块的榫从纵向边起插入第二列的第一地板块的横向边上的槽内,朝第一列的方向推移新地板块,直至它与第一列的一块或两块地板块插紧。
地板块也可这样铺设,即第二列中的新地板块不用其榫插入已铺好的地板块的槽内,而是用它的槽套在已铺好的地板块的榫上。
借助本发明方法,相互插接的型材只在一段短的距离上发生相对滑动,或者说,与摩擦力有关的面积随着榫和槽的“插入”的进展而线性增大。为克服增加的摩擦力所需要的力可通过人手获得,而不需要借助工具,因此,长久地排除了损害边楞的危险。
下面借助附图示本发明做简短说明。图示为:
图1以剖面图示意性描述两块相互连接的地板块;
图2已经部分地铺设好的地板层的俯视图。
地板块P在其纵向边1和横向边2上分别相对地设有一个榫3和一个槽4。在榫3的下侧面上设有在此未进一步示出的凸起,它们可以嵌入槽4的下唇上同样未进一步示出的相应凹部内。通过插入槽4内的榫3,地板块P被相互锁住。地板块的结构形式不需再进一步解释。关于这点参阅德国专利说明书第198 21 200号。
在铺设地板面时,首先,在一个房间的从墙壁到墙壁之间,通过板块P11…P1n以其横向边2相连接,由地板块P11,P12,P13…,P1n组成一个第一列I。在下一个列II中,第一块地板块P21的纵向边2与先前已经铺好的第一列I的第一块地板块P11连接。将要新铺入列II中的地板块P22的榫3从其纵向边1开始插入地板块P21的槽4内并朝第一列I的方向被推进,其中,榫3在槽4内滑动,直到地板块P22以其纵向边被卡在地板块P11和P12内。随着地板块P22的推移,它的榫3在一个较长的区域内嵌入地板块P21的槽内,直至两个地板块P21和P22沿其横向边2完全相互连接。按这种方法的铺设也可这样进行,即,将地板块P22的槽4套装在地板块P21的榫3上。

Claims (2)

1.铺设和机械式连接地板块(P)的方法,这些地板块在其一个纵向边和一个横向边(1,2)上设置了一个榫(3),并且在其相对的另一纵向边和横向边(1,2)上设置了一个与榫(3)相对应的槽(4),其中,榫(3)和槽(4)这样构造,使得相互插接的地板块(P)沿水平方向卡住,其步骤如下:
a)多块地板块(P11…,P1n)在其横向边(1)上连接和卡住,以便在一个房间的地面上铺成一个第一列(I),
b)一块第一地板块(P21)通过纵向边(2)上的榫-槽连接结构与第一列(I)的一块或两块地板块(P11,P12)连接和卡住,以开始一个第二列(II),
c)一块第二地板块(P22)的榫(3)从纵向边起朝着第一列(I)的地板块(P11…,P1n)方向插入第二列(II)的第一地板块(P21)的横向边上的槽(4)内,
d)第二地板块(P22)与第一列(I)的一块或两块地板块卡住。
