Mengen en Säure und Natronlauge bergest«lit und hatte
oberflächenaktive Eigenechaften.
Eine Lttaung von 0,01 <
dieses Dinatriumaalsses in Vooeer settte die Oberflächenepannung bei 250C auf 25 dyn/cm
herab. Ein Zusat« von 0,05 Gew.-^ der Säure selbst zu Wasser
aetzte die Oberflächenspannung bei 250C auf 18 dyn/cm herab·
Das Verfahren von Beispiel 1 wurde alt Toluol an otelle von Bensol als Lösungsmittel ausgeführt. Es wurde
nicht sunächat da« Lösungsmittel im Vakuum abdeetilliert und
dann das Chlorid hydrolysiert» sondern es wurde etwa die doppelte für die Hydrolyse de· Bichloride erforderliohe Menge
Kßseer direkt au der Toluollösung gegeben· Die verhältnlernttSlg
unlösliohe Säure fiel aus« so da8 sie entweder abfiltriert
οuer des Lösungsmittel einfach abdekantiert werden könnt·*
worauf dae Produkt an der Luft oder Im Trockenschrank getrocknet
wurde.
Um die Herstellung von Katern zu erläutern» wurden
100 ecm einer bensollsohen Lösung von H-Äthylperfluoroctansulfonamldoäthylphosphoryldiohlorld
(43 Gew.-^i) mit 15 g
Phenol und 10 g Pyridin verwendet. Baoh 4 stunden Erwärmen am
RUckfluS unter Rühren wurde die obere üohlcht abgetrennt und
das BeABOl Im Vakuum abdestilliert, woftei das niedrig sohmelsen-

de feat· Mphenyl-CN-athylperfluoroctonsulfonaiaidoSthyl)-phoephat
erhalten wurde, dae nach Umkristallisieren aus 95 '/■
Äthanol und 5 '% Ieopropanol don ungefähren Schmelzpunkt 48-500C
hatte und weiße Kristalle bildete.
Beiapiel 4
200 g N-ÄthylperfluoroctnneulfonamidoMthylalkohol
wurden alt 100 oca Benzol und 150 ecm Benzotrlfluorid venaiooht.
Denn wurden 40 g Pyridin zugesetzt, worauf 16,7 g Phoßphoroxytrichlorid
unter Rühren zugesetzt wurden· Bas Genisch wurde 16 Stunden an Rückfluß erwKrnt, abgekühlt und filtriert. Per
Rückstand wurde «it Waeeer aufgeschläaat, filtriert und im
Vakuua bei 600C getrocknet. Das Produkt, Trie-(K-äthylperfluorootansulfonaaidoäthyl)-phosphat,
bildete nach des Kindaapfen einer Acetonlueung einen klaren, »prüden ^iIa und hatte den
ungefähren Schmelzpunkt 9?°C. Das Produkt kann rerwendet
werden, ua rersohledenen Textilgeweben sowohl waeaer- als auch
Olabweieende Eigenschaften zu verleihen. Die AATCC-3prühprüfung
22-1952 wurde angewendet, ua die v/asserabweieung eu bestiBaen.
Ba es keine einheitliche Vorschrift für die Messung der filabweisung
von Geweben gibt,wurde der folgende Versuch auegeführt,
der klar erkennbare und reproduzierende Krgebnisee brachte.
Sie Prüfung der Clabweisung beruht auf dea verschiedenen
Eindringvereögen von swei Rohlenwaaserstofflüseigkeiten»
nämlich Kineralröl ("Hujol") und n-Heptnn. Dieee beiden Flüenigkeiten
sind in allen Mengenverhältnisβen mischbar und zeigen
ein Eindringveraugen, dae von de» n-Heptangehalt des Gemisches

abhängt· Die ölabwelaunirewerte wurden so gewählt» da· ale dea
AATCC-Standard-üprühwerten (AATCC 22-1952) entsprachen, die
die ftosaerabweleung angeben· Das Verfahren sur Messung der

Probentuckβ von etwa 20 χ 20 ο« GröBe aus dea behandelten
Gewebe werden auf eine ebene Platte gelegt· Probegemische alt verschiedenen Konsentrationen an n-Heptan und
Mineralöl sind in kleinen Tropfflaschen enthalten· Ein Tropfea
von jedea Geaiaoh wird vorsichtig auf die Oberfläche dea Gewebes gegeben» nioht fallen gelassen, bovorsugt an swel verschiedene Stellen des Probeetreifens. Die Tropfen werden drei
Minuten ungestört in ihrer Lage belassen, worauf das Aussehen des Gewebes durch den öltropfen beobachtet wird· Bindringen
oder Fenetiung, die eich durch Dunkelfärbung iu erkennen geben, werden festgestellt· Die Zahl dea Gealsohee, das den höchsten
Mengenanteil an n-Heptan enthält, und nach drei Minuten nloht
in das Gewebe eindringt oder dieses benetst, wird als die Ölabweisung der Probe beseiohnet· Die Grease swiaohen Benetsung
und Beständigkeit let bei aufeinanderfolgenden Probegealsohen
gewöhnlich sieallch scharf» so dal eich der Wert leicht best
innen läßt. Die folgenden Probegealeohe wurden verwendet» wobei die höheren v/arte die gröBere Clabwelsung bedeuten.

Platten entfernen, wobei leoin restliches Klebaittel auf der
Oberflüche der Platte zurückblieb· Der gealterte Streifen lädt filch von den unbehandelton Platten nur teilweise entfernen,
wie oben bereit-j angegeben wurde· Dioü zeigt klar die wertvollen
Ablfcouneaeigentichaften der erflndungegenäBen Phosphate·

iea eben angegebenen Phoophsts in Iaopropnnol behandelt worden
waren, aeigten eine für dan Haften von tfis von 13,9 auf
2,8 kg/cm verminderte scherkraft· Solche AbIöeungaeigenschaften
können z.B. bei der Herstellung von AluBiniunechalen für
l-icwürfelbereitung benutzt werden·
