Abstract

Es wird eine magnetische Auslöseeinrichtung für einen Fehlerstromschutzschalter beschrieben, bei der im Fehlerstromfall in einer Spule durch den Fehlerstrom ein magnetischer Fluß erzeugt wird, der dem magnetischen Fluß eines Permanentmagnetsystems entgegenwirkt, so daß die magnetische Haltekraft des Permanentmagnetsystems auf ein bewegliches Bauelement, wie beispielsweise einen Klappanker, so weit herabgesetzt wird, daß das bewegliche Bauelement durch die Kraft einer Feder in eine Auslöseposition hin bewegt wird, in der dann ein Schaltschloss betätigt wird, und bei der zur Erhöhung der Auslösezuverlässigkeit die Stoß- und/oder Gleitkontaktstellen an dem festen und/oder beweglichen Bauelement mit einer dichten, gegen Wasser, Öle, Fette und Silikone beständigen Passivierungsschicht beschichtet sind, deren Dicke einen Bruchteil der Ausdehnung des Arbeitsluftspaltes des Permanentmagnetsystems, typischerweise 10 - 500nm, beträgt.
