Claims (23)
- Method for finishing a wood or wood-based panel, in particular an MDF or HDF panel with an upper side and a lower side, comprising the following steps:a) applying a sealing layer made of melamine resin on the upper side of the panel,b) pressing a decoration, which has heat-resistant paints, and preferably consists of heat-resistant paints, onto the sealing layer.c) applying a protective layer made of melamine resin to the decoration.d) pressing the panel with the effect of temperature, until the protective lawyer and the sealing layer melt and are connected to one another with inclusion of the printed-on decoration.
- Method according to claim 1 characterised by the following steps:e) applying a sealing layer made of melamine resin onto the lower side of the panel,f) applying a paint layer, which has heat-resistant paints, to the seating layer,g) applying a protective layer made of melamine resin to the paint layer,h) pressing the panel with the effect of temperature until the protective layer and the sealing layer melt and are connected to one another with inclusion of the paint layer.

- Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that a plurality of single layers are applied for the sealing layer and/or the protective layer and each individual layer is dried before the application of the next one.
- Method according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the panel is sanded before the sealing layer is applied.
- Method according to claim 4, characterised in that corundum is mixed into at least one single lawyer of the protective layer.
- Method according to claim 4, characterised in that corundum is scattered onto at least one single layer of the protective layer.
- Method according to claim 4 or 6, characterised in that antibacterial and/or antistatic additives are mixed into at least one single layer of the protective layer.
- Method according to claim 4 or 7, characterised in that antibacterial and/or antistatic additives are scattered onto at least one single layer of the protective layer.
- Method according to any one or more of the preceding claims characterised in that at least one filler is added to the sealing layer and/or the protective layer.
- Method according to claim 10, characterised in that wood fibres, wood dust, metals, mineral materials, plastics materials or ashes are used as the filler.
- Method according to any one or more of the preceding claims characterised in that the upper side of the panel is only finished in regions.
- Method according to claim 10, characterised in that the finishing takes place on a surface extending obliquely relative to the upper side.
- Method according to any one or more of the preceding claims characterised in that a structure or at least a V-joint is impressed into the protective layer.
- Wood-based panel, in particular floor panel, consisting of an HDF or MDF support panel, with an upper side and a lower side, the upper side having a decoration, preferably a wood or tile decoration, a sealing layer being applied to the support panel, on which sealing layer a decoration is printed, which has heat-resistant paints, and preferably consists of heat-resistant paints, and the decoration being covered by at least one protective layer, characterised in that the sealing layer consists of melamine or urea resin.

- Wood-based panel according to claim 17, characterised in that the lacquer layer is electron beam-hardened or UV-hardened.
- Wood-based panel according to any one of the preceding claims characterised in that structuring means or corundum particles are applied to the decoration to increase the abrasion resistance.
- Wood-based panel according to claim 17 and 19, characterised in that the structuring means or corundum particles are embedded in the lacquer layer.
- Wood-based panel according to any one of the preceding claims characterised in that the support panel is smoothed on the upper and/or lower side.
- Wood-based panel according to any one of the preceding claims characterised in that the support panel is sanded on the upper side and/or lower side.
- Wood-based panel according to any one or more of the preceding claims characterised in that a structure or at least a V-joint is impressed into the protective layer.
