Abstract

Es wird ein fluormodifiziertes ein- oder zweikomponentiges Polyurethanharz mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften beschreiben, welches erhältlich ist durch a) die Herstellung eines fluormodifizierten Polyurethan-Prepolymers mit freien Isocyanat-Gruppen oder freien Amino- und/oder Hydroxyl-­Gruppen oder eines fluormodifizierten Polyol-Gemisches mit freien Hydroxyl-Gruppen (Bindemittel), sowie durch b) die Herstellung eines fluormodifizierten Polyurethanharzes mit einem Polymer-gebundenen Fluorgehalt von 1 bis 4 Gew.-% im Gesamtsystem, wobei man das fluonnodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer aus Stufe a3) im Falle einer einkomponentigen Applikation mit Luftfeuchtigkeit oder das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol­-Gemisch (Bindemittel) im Falle einer zweikomponentigen Applikation mit einer Vernetzer-Komponente (D) (Härter), einer Formulierungs-Komponente (F)(ii) gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel- Komponente (L)(iii) sowie eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt. Durch die Verwendung geeigneter fluorierter Makromonomere in den erfindungsgemäßen ein oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharzen können harte Beschichtungssysteme bzw. Oberflächen mit sehr niedrigen Oberflächenspannungen und sehr hohen Kontaktwinkeln hergestellt werden. Außerdem weisen diese Polyurethanharze noch eine gegenüber dem bekannten Stand der Technik deutlich verringerte Anschmutzneigung auf.

Description

Fluormodifizierte ein- oder zweikomponentige Polyurethanharze, Verfahren zu ihrer Hersteilung und deren Verwendung
Beschreibung
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind fluormodifizierte ein- oder zweikomponentige Polyurethanharze mit hervorragenden permanenten schmutz- und wasserabweisenden Oberflächeneigenschaften sowie sehr guten Material- und
Verarbeitungseigenschaften, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und deren Verwendung.
High-Performance Beschichtungsmaterialien auf Polyurethanbasis bestehend aus einem Polyisocyanat und einer isocyanatreaktiven Komponente, wie z.B. einem höhermolekularen Polyol, sind allgemein bekannt. Sie zeigen zwar sehr gute
Materialeigenschaften, besitzen jedoch hohe Oberflächenenergien und sind deshalb nicht leicht zu reinigen.
Die zunehmende Nachfrage nach schmutz- und wasserabweisenden Coatings führte zur Entwicklung von fluorhaltigen Zusammensetzungen, die entweder den Beschichtungssystemen zugemischt werden (wie in WO 99/26994 beschrieben) oder reversibel auf Beschichtungssysteme aufgetragen werden (vgl. DE 100 63 431 CI).
Durch eine chemische Modifikation der Polyurethanysteme durch den gezielten Einbau eines seitenständigen fluorierten Building-Blocks (Diolkomponente) in die Polyurethan-Matrix ist es möglich, die spezifischen Oberflächeneigenschaften fluorierter Verbindungen mit den individuellen Eigenschaften der Basis-Polyurethane zu verbinden, was schmutz- und wasserabweisende Eigenschaften generiert und zu einer verbesserten Reinigungsfähigkeit fuhrt. Vorteilhaft erweist sich hierbeb dass nur geringe Mengen der oft teuren Fluorverbindungen benötigt werden, um die gewünschten Oberflächeneigenschaften zu erzielen.
Auch die Verträglichkeit mit den gängigen Härtersystemen ist trotz Fluormodifikation gegeben.
Fluorierte Polyurethansysteme und ihre Verwendung zur Modifizierung der Oberflächeneigenschaften von Beschichtungen, wie Oleo- bzw. Hydrophobierung, sind aus der Patentliteratur bereits seit längerem bekannt. In der EP 0 405 534 AI werden hydroxyfunktionelle (Per)fluoropolyether enthaltende Polyurethane zur Behandlung von Steinoberflächen beschrieben, die jedoch keine echten Filme ausbilden.
Hydrophile Polyurethanfilme, beschichtet mit fluormodifizierten Polymeren auf Basis von Perfluoralkylacrylaten oder -methacrylaten, mit hohen Dampfdurchlässigkeitsraten zur Oleo- und Hydrophobierung sind aus der WO 97/36951 AI bekannt.
US 4,504,401 Bl offenbart niedermolekulare Perfluoralkylgruppen enthaltende Urethane zur schmutzabeweisenden Ausrüstung von Faserprodukten wie z. B. Teppichen.
In der EP 0 702 041 AI werden mit fluorierten Monoalkoholen modifizierte
Allophanat- und Isocyanurat-Gruppen enthaltende Polyisocyanate beschrieben, die in Zusammensetzungen für 1K- oder 2K- Beschichtungssysteme Oberflächenenergien zwischen 19,4 und 43,7 Dynes/cm aufweisen.
Gemäß EP 0 719809 AI werden ähnliche fluormodifizierte Polyisocyanate sowie Blends mit anderen nicht-fluorierten Polyisocyanaten offenbart, wobei hier das Fluor über Fluorkomponenten mit einer oder mehr Hydroxylgruppen eingeführt wird. Die Verwendung in Beschichtungszusammensetzungen führt zu Filmen mit ähnlichen Oberflächenenergien wie in EP 0 702 041 AI beschrieben.
Fluormodifizierte Urethan- Systeme bestehend aus einem fluorhaltigen Polyol mit einer oder mehreren Hydroxylgruppen und Polyisocyanaten mit Allophanat- und Isocyanurat-Stnikturen im Molekulargewichtsverhältnis von 4:1 bis 1:10 sind aus der EP 0 566 037 A2 bekannt. Diese Systeme führen, als Härterkomponente eingesetzt, zu klaren Filmen.
Gemäß DE 19547448 AI werden abriebfeste Urethanbeschichtungs- zusammensetzungen mit verminderter Reibung auf Basis von fluorierten Alkoholen, nichtfluorierten Polyolen und blockierten Polyisocyanaten sowie mindestens einem Aminvernetzer offenbart. Aufgrund der blockierten Polyisocyanate muss die Beschichtungszusammensetzung allerdings vorher auf oberhalb 120 °C erhitzt werden, bevor die Vernetzung mit Polyamin-Komponenten erfolgen kann.
Zusammensetzungen für Coatings basierend auf (Per)fluoropolyethern (PFPE) werden in der EP 1 116 759 AI beschrieben. Sie beinhalten neben Lösemittel bifiinktionelle (Per)fluoropolyetherdiole in Verbindung mit IPDI-Trimeren. Die (Per) fluoropolyether sind in dieser Anmeldung nicht seitenständig eingebaut.
Fluorierte verzweigte Oligourethane hergestellt aus Monomeren bzw. Makromonomeren wie Polyisocyanat in blockierter Form, einer hydrophilen Alkohol oder Thiol-Komponente, mono- und bifiinktionelle Hydroxyl-(per) fluoropolyetheralkohole sowie monofunktionelle (Per)fluoralkylalkohole sowie chemisch vernetzbare Alkohol- bzw. Thiol-Komponenten offenbart die Anmeldung EP 1 059319 A2. Auch hier sind die (Per)fluoropolyetherverbindungen nicht seitenständig.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung lag daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, fluormodifizierte ein- oder zweikomponentige Polyurethanharze mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften zur permanenten öl- und wasserabweisenden Oberflächenbehandlung bzw. -modifizierung von mineralischen und nichtmineralischen Untergründen für verschiedene Anwendungsbereiche zu entwickeln, welche die genannten Nachteile des Standes der Technik nicht aufweisen, sondern gute anwendungstechnische Eigenschaften besitzen und gleichzeitig unter Berücksichtigung ökologischer, ökonomischer und physiologischer Aspekte hergestellt werden können.
Diese Aufgabe wurde erfindungsgemäß durch die Bereitstellung fluormodifizierter ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften gelöst, welche dadurch hergestellt worden sind, dass man
a) ein fluormodifiziertes Polyurethan-Prepolymer mit freien Isocyanat-Gruppen oder freien Amino- und oder Hydroxyl-Gruppen oder ein fluormodifiziertes Polyol-Gemisch mit freien Hydroxyl-Gruppen (Bindemittel) herstellt, wobei man ein fluormodifiziertes Makromonomer (AI) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Amino- und/oder Hydroxyl-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 500 bis 2000 Dalton, eine höhermolekularen Polyol- Komponente (A2) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Hydroxyl-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 500 bis 6000 Dalton sowie eine niedermolekularen Polyol-Komponente (A3)(i) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Hydroxyl-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 499 Dalton entweder mit einer Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(i), bestehend aus mindestens einem Düsocyanat, Polyisocyanat, Polyisocyanat-Derivat oder Polyisocyanat- Homologen mit zwei oder mehreren (cyclo)aliphatischen oder aromatischen Isocyanat-Gruppen gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Reaktivität, ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(i) und ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt oder ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(i) und ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators abmischt,
a2) ggf. das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus Stufe ai) mit einer ggf. fluormodifizierten Funktionalisierungs-Komponente (C)(i) mit einer oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Amino- und/oder Hydroxyl-Gruppen und/oder einer oder mehreren gegenüber Hydroxyl-Gruppen reaktiven Isocyanat-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 2500 Dalton, ausgewählt aus den Gruppen der (cyclo)aliphatischen und/oder aromatischen Polyole und/oder Polyamine und/oder Polyaminoalkohole und/oder reaktiven polyhedralen oligomeren Polysilasesquioxane (POSS) der allgemeinen Formel (RSiOι.5)n mit n = 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 und R = beliebiger organischer Rest mit 1 bis 100 C- Atomen und 0 bis 50 N- und oder 0 bis 50 O- und/oder 0 bis 50 F- und oder 0 bis 50 Si- und/oder 0 bis 50 S-Atomen und einer Molmasse von 250 bis 25 000 Dalton, zur Reaktion bringt, a3) das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus den Stufen ai) oder a2) mit einer Formulierungs-Komponente (F)(i) versetzt sowie schließlich b) ein fluoπnodifiziertes Polyurethanharz mit einem polymergebundenen Fluor- Gehalt von 1 bis 4 Gew.-% im Gesamtsystem herstellt, indem man das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer aus Stufe a3) im Falle einer einkomponentigen Applikation mit Luftfeuchtigkeit oder das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus Stufe a3) (Bindemittel') im Falle einer zweikomponentigen Applikation mit einer Vernetzer-Komponente (D) (Härter), einer Formulierungs-Komponente (F) (ii) ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(iü) sowie eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt und wobei man als Vernetzer-Komponente (D) im Falle des Polyol-Gemisches aus Stufe a3) eine Polyisocyanat- Komponente (B)(üi), bestehend aus mindestens einem Diisocyanat, Polyisocyanat, Polyisocyanat-Derivat oder Polyisocyanat-Homologen mit zwei oder mehreren (cyclo)aliphatischen oder aromatischen Isocyanat- Gruppen gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Reaktivität und im Falle des Polyurethan-Prepolymers eine Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(üi) oder eine niedermolekulare Polyol-Komponente (A3)(ü) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Hydroxyl-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 499 Dalton und/oder eine niedermolekulare Polyamin-Komponente (E) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat- Gruppen reaktiven (cyclo)aliphatischen oder aromatischen Arriino-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 500 Dalton einsetzt.
Überraschenderweise wurde gefunden, dass durch die Verwendung geeigneter fluorierter Makromonomere in den ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharzen nicht nur harte Beschichtungssysteme bzw. Oberflächen mit sehr niedrigen kritischen Oberflächenspannungen γc (geringer als Teflon mit 18,6 mN/m) und sehr hohen Kontaktwinkeln θ (im Bereich von Teflon® mit 111 °) zugänglich sind, sondern dass diese darüber hinaus auch noch eine gegenüber dem bekannten Stand der Technik deutlich verringerte Anschmutzungsneigung ("dirt pickup") aufweisen. Dieses Eigenschaftsprofil wird bereits mit sehr geringen Fluor-Gehalten (1 bis 4 Gew.-% bezogen auf das formulierte Gesamtsystem) bzw. mit sehr geringen Mengen an fluorierten Makromonomeren erzielt. Entscheidend hierfür ist, dass die ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze kovalent gebundene fluorierte Seitenketten aufweisen, die über geeignete Makromonomere eingeführt werden können. Zudem war nicht hervorsehbar, dass die fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze auch noch lösemittelfrei oder lösemittelarm hergestellt werden können.
Die erfindungsgemäßen fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften sind definiert durch ihr mehrstufiges Herstellungsverfahren.
In der Reaktionsstufe a) wird ein fluormodifiziertes Polyurethan-Prepolymer mit freien Isocyanat-Gruppen und/oder freien Amino- und oder Hydroxylgruppen oder ein fluormodifiziertes Polyol-Gemisch hergestellt, indem man in Stufe a_) ein fluormodifiziertes Makromonomer (AI) zusammen mit einer höhermolekularen Polyol-Komponente (A2) sowie einer niedermolekularen Polyol-Komponente (A3)(i) entweder mit einer Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(i) gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(i) und eines Katalysators zur Reaktion oder das fluormodifizierte Makromonomer (AI), die höhermolekulare Polyol-Komponente (A2) sowie die niedermolekulare Polyol-Komponente (A3)(i) gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(i) und eines Katalysators abmischt. Gegebenenfalls kann das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol- Gemisch aus Stufe ai) mit einer gegebenenfalls fluormodifizierten Funktionalisierungs- Komponente (C)(i) umgesetzt werden. In der nachfolgenden Stufe a3) wird das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus den Stufen ai) oder a2) mit einer Formulierungs-Komponente (F)(i) versetzt. Die anschließende Herstellung des fluormodifizierten Polyurethanharzes gemäß Stufe b) erfolgt dadurch, dass man das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer aus Stufe a3) im Falle einer einkomponentigen Applikation mit Luftfeuchtigkeit oder das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus Stufe a3) (Bindemittel) im Falle einer zweikomponentigen Applikation mit einer Vernetzer- Komponente (D) (Härter), einer Formulierungs-Komponente (F)(ü) gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(üi) sowie eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt. Als Vernetzer-Komponente (D) wird im Falle des Polyol-Gemisches aus Stufe a3) eine Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(üi) verwendet, während im Falle des Polyurethan-Prepolymers eine Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(üi) oder eine niedermolekulare Polyol-Komponente (A3)(ii) und/oder eine niedermolekulare Polyamin-Komponente (E) eingesetzt wird.
Vorzugsweise wird ein fluormodifiziertes Makromonomer (AI) verwendet, welches dadurch hergestellt wurde, dass man
Ci) eine Fluoralkohol-Komponente (A4) bestehend aus einem Perfluoralkylalkohol mit terminalen Methylen-Gruppen (Kohlenwasserstoff-Spacern) der allgemeinen Formel
CF3-(CF2)x-(CH2VOH, mit x = 3 - 20 und y = 1 - 6 oder einem Hexafluorpropenoxid (HFPO)-Oligomer- Alkohol der allgemeinen Formel
CF3CF2CF2O-CF(CF3)CF2O)z-CF(CF3)CH2-OH, mit z =1 - 10 oder aber Gemische aus diesen mit einer gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Hydroxyl-Gruppe und einer Molekularmasse von 250 bis 5000 Dalton mit einer Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(ü), bestehend aus mindestens einem Düsocyanat, Polyisocyanat, Polyisocyanat-Derivat oder Polyisocyanat- Homologen mit zwei oder mehreren (cyclo)aliphatischen oder aromatischen Isocyanat-Gruppen gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Reaktivität, ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittelkomponente (L)(ü) und ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt,
c2) ggf. das Preaddukt aus Stufe Ci) vollständig mit einer Funktionalisierungs- Komponente (C)(ü) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Amino- und/oder Hydroxyl-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 500 Dalton, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der (cyclo)aliphatischen und oder aromatischen Polyole und/oder Polyamine und/oder Polyaminoalkohole, zur Reaktion bringt.
Es ist im Rahmen der vorUegenden Erfindung auch möglich, als fluormodifiziertes Makromonomer (AI) gegebenenfalls lösemittelhaltige Umsetzungsprodukte aus
i) Perfluoroalkylalkenen und Diethanolamin, vorzugsweise mit Perfluoralkylalkenen mit terminalen Methylen-Gruppen (Kohlenwasserstoff- Spacern) der allgemeinen Formel CFr-(CF2)x-CH=CH2, mit x = 3 - 20 und/oder
ii) Alkyl(per)fluoro(meth)acrylaten und/oder (Per)fluoroalkyl(meth)acrylaten und/oder (Per)fluoroalkyl- er)fluoro(meth)acrylaten und Diethanolamin und/oder
üi) (Per)fluoroalkylalkylenoxiden und N-Methylethanolamin oder Diethanolamin mit bevorzugten (Per)fluoroalkylalkylenoxiden der allgemeinen Formel
CF3-(CF2)Jr-CH2-C2H3θ mit x = 3 - 20
zu verwenden.
Vorzugsweise werden als fluormodifiziertes Makromonomer (AI)
Umsetzungsprodukte bzw. Makromonomere mit monomodaler Molmassenverteilung aus monofunktionellen Perfluoroalkylalkoholen, Isophorondüsocyanat oder Toluendiisocyanat und Diethanolamin eingesetzt.
Die höhermolekulare Polyol-Komponente (A2) besteht aus einem polymeren Polyol mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Hydroxyl-Gruppen und einer mittleren Molekularmasse (Zahlenmittel) von 500 bis 6 000 Dalton. Als geeignete polymere Polyole können beispielsweise (hydrophob modifizierte) Polyalkylenglykole, aliphatische oder aromatische Polyester, Polycaprolactone, Polycarbonate, hydroxyfunktionelle Makromonomere und Telechele wie ,ω-
Polymethacrylatdiole, α,ω-Dihydroxyalkylpolydimethylsiloxane, hydroxyfunktionelle Epoxid-Harze, hydroxyfunktionelle Keton-Harze, hydroxyfunktionelle Polysulfide, hydroxyfunktionelle Triglyceride, oxidativ trocknende Alkydharze auf Basis von Bisepoxiden und ungesättigten Fettsäuren oder geeignete Gemische daraus eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugt werden lineare bzw. difunktionelle (hydrophob modifizierte) Polyether- und/oder Polyester- und/oder Polycaprolacton- und/oder Polycarbonat-
Polyole und/oder α,ω-Polymethacrylatdiole mit einer Molekularmasse von 500 bis 3 000 Dalton verwendet.
Die niedermolekularen Polyol-Komponenten (A3)(i) und (A3)(ii) bestehen aus einem Polyol mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Polyisocyanaten reaktiven Hydroxyl- Gruppen und einer mittleren Molekularmasse von 50 bis 499 Dalton. Als geeignete niedermolekulare Polyole können beispielsweise 1,2-Ethandiol bzw. Ethylenglykob 1,2-Propandiol bzw. 1,2-Propylenglykob 1,3-Propandiol bzw. 1,3-Propylenglykob 1,4-Butandiol bzw. 1,4-Butylenglykob 1,6-Hexandiol bzw. 1,6-Hexamethylenglykob 2-Methyl-l,3-propandiob 2,2-Dimethyl-l,3-propandiol bzw. Neopentylglykob 1,4- Bis-(hydroxymethyl)-cyclohexan bzw. Cyclohexandimethanob 1,2,3-Propantriol bzw. Glycerob 2-Hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-l,3-propanol bzw. Trimethylolethan, 2-Ethyl-2- hydroxymethyl-l,3-propandiol bzw. Trimethylolpropan, 2,2-Bis-(hydroxymethyl)-l,3- propandiol bzw. Pentaerythrit eingesetzt werden.
Die Fluoralkohol-Komponente (A4) besteht aus einem Perfluoralkylalkohol mit terminalen Methylen-Gruppen (Kohlenwasserstoff-Spacern) der allgemeinen Formel
CF3-(CF2)x-(CH2)y-OH, mit x = 3 - 20 und y = 1 - 6
oder handelsüblichen Gemischen (z. B. Zonyl® BA, BA L, BA LD, Du Pont de Nemours) oder einem Hexafluorpropenoxid (HFPO)-Oligomer-Alkohol der allgemeinen Formel
CF3CF2CF2O-CF(CF3)CF2O)z-CF(CF3)CH2-OH, mit z =1 - 10
oder handelsüblichen Gemischen (z. B. Krytox®, Du Pont de Nemours) oder Gemischen aus beiden.
Als geeignete Perfluoroalkylalkohole können außerdem 2,2-Bis(trifluoromethyl) propanob lH,lH-2,5-Di(trifluoromethyl)-3,6-dioxaundecafluorononanob 1H,1H,7H- Dodecafluoroheptanob 2,2.3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7-Dodecafluoro-l,8-octanediob 1H,1H- Heptafluorobutanob lH,lH,9H-Hexadecafluorononanob 1H,1H,3H- Hexafluorobutanob 2H-Hexafluoro-2-propanob 2,2,3,3.4,4,5,5-Octafluoro-l,6-hexanediob 1H,1H,5H-Octafluoropentanob 1H,1H- Pentafluoropropanob 2-(Perfluorobutyl)ethanob 3-(Perfluorobutyl)propanob 6-(Perfluorobutyl)hexanob lH,lH-Perfluoro-l-decanob 2-(Perfluorodecyl)ethanob 6- (Perfluoroethyl)hexanob 2-(Perfluorohexyl)ethanob 6-(Perfluorohexyl)hexanob 3- (Perfluorohexyl)propanob lH,lH-Perfluoro-l-nonanob lH,lH-Perfluoro-l-octanob 2-(Perfluorooctyl)ethanob 6-(Perfluorooctyl)hexanob 3-(Perfluorooctyl)propanob 2- (Perfluoro-3-methylbutyl)ethanob 6-(Perfluoro-l-methylethyl)hexanob 2-(Perfluoro- 5-methylhexyl)ethanob 2-(Perfluoro-7-methyloctyl)ethanob 2-Perfluoropropoxy- 2,3,3,3-tetrafiuoropropanob lH,lH,3H-Tetrafluoropropanob 1,1,2,2- Tetrahydroperfluoro-1-hexadecanob 1,1,2,2-Tetrahydroperfluoro-l-tetradecanol sowie 1H, lH-Trifluoroethanol eingesetzt werden.
Die Polyisocyanat-Komponenten (B)(i), (B)(ü) und/oder (B)(üi) bestehen aus mindestens einem Polyisocyanat, Polyisocyanat-Derivat oder Polyisocyanat- Homologen mit zwei oder mehreren aliphatischen oder aromatischen Isocyanat- Gruppen gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Reaktivität. Geeignet sind insbesondere die in der Polyurethan-Chemie hinreichend bekannten Polyisocyanate oder Kombinationen daraus. Als geeignete aliphatische Polyisocyanate können bspw. 1,6- Diisocyanatohexan (HDI), l-Isocyanato-5-isocyanatomethyl-3,3,5-trimethyl- cyclohexan bzw. Isophorondiisocyanat (IPDI), Bis-(4-isocyanatocyclo-hexyl)-methan (H12MDI), l,3-Bis-(l-isocyanato-l-methyl-ethyl)-benzol (m-TMXDI) bzw. technische Isomeren-Gemische der einzelnen aromatischen Polyisocyanate eingesetzt werden. Als geeignete aromatische Polyisocyanate können beispielsweise 2,4- Düsocyanatotoluol bzw. Toluoldüsocyanat (TDI), Bis-(4-isocyanatophenyl)-methan (MDI) und ggf. dessen höhere Homologe (Polymeric MDI) bzw. technische Isomeren-Gemische der einzelnen aromatischen Polyisocyanate verwendet werden. Weiterhin sind auch die sogenannten "Lackpolyisocyanate" auf Basis von Bis-(4- isocyanatocyclo-hexyl)-methan (H12MDI), 1,6-Diisocyanatohexan (HDI), 1- Isocyanato-5-isocyanatomethyl-3,3,5-trimethyl-cyclohexan (IPDI) grundsätzlich geeignet. Der Begriff "Lackpolyisocyanate" kennzeichnet Allophanat-, Biuret-, Carbodiimid-, Isocyanurat-, Uretdion-, Urethan-Gruppen aufweisende Derivate dieser Düsocyanate, bei denen der Rest-Gehalt an monomeren Diisocyanaten dem Stand der Technik entsprechend auf ein Minimum reduziert wurde. Daneben können auch noch modifizierte Polyisocyanate eingesetzt werden, die beispielsweise durch hydrophile Modifizierung von "Lackpolyisocyanaten" auf Basis von 1,6-Düsocyanatohexan (HDI) zugänglich sind. Ebenfalls geeignet sind difunktionelle Polyisocyanat-Derivate bzw. Umsetzungsprodukte aus mindestens trifunktionellen aliphatischen oder aromatischen Polyisocyanaten und (ggf. fluormodizierten) anώiofunktionellen polyhedralen oligomeren Polysilasesquixanen (POSS) der allgemeinen Formel
(RSiOι.5)n mit n = 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 und R = beliebiger organischer Rest mit 1 bis 100 C- Atomen und 0 bis 50 N- und/oder 0 bis 50 O- und/oder 0 bis 50 F- und/oder 0 bis 50 Si- und/oder 0 bis 50 S-Atomen. Silasesquioxane sind oligomere oder polymere Stoffe, deren vollständig kondensierte Vertreter die allgemeinen Formel (Siθ32R)n besitzen, wobei n > 4 und der Rest R ein Wasserstoffatom sein kann, meist jedoch einen organischen Rest darstellt. Die kleinste Struktur eines Silasesquioxans ist der Tetraeder. Voronkov und Lavrent'yev (Top. Curr. Chem. 102 (1982), 199-236) beschreiben die Synthese von vollständig kondensierten und unvollständig kondensierten oligomeren Silasesquioxanen durch hydrolytische Kondensation trifunktioneller RSiY3- Vorstufen, wobei R für einen Kohlenwasserstoffrest steht und Y eine hydrolisierbare Gruppe, wie z.B. Chlorid, Alkoxid oder Siloxid, darstellt. Lichtenhan et al. beschreiben die basenkatalysierte Herstellung von oligomeren Silasesquioxanen (WO 01/10871). Silasesquioxane der Formel (mit gleichen oder unterschiedlichen Kohlenwasserstoffresten R) können basenkatalysiert zu funktionalisierten, unvollständig kondensierten Silasesquioxanen, wie z.B. R7Si7O9(OH)3 oder auch und RβSiβOio OH) 4, umgesetzt werden (Chem. Commun. (1999), 2309-10; Polym. Mater. Sei. Eng. 82 (2000), 301-2; WO 01/10871) und damit als Stammverbindung für eine Vielzahl verschiedener unvollständig kondensierter und fünktionalisierter Silasesquioxane dienen. Insbesondere die Silasesquioxane (Trisilanole) der Formel R7Si7O9(OH)3 lassen sich durch Umsetzung mit funktionalisierten, monomeren Silanen (corner capping) in entsprechend modifizierte oligomere Silasesquioxane überführen.
Bei der Komponente (B)(i) sind 2,4-Toluendiisocyanat oder technische Isomerengemische aus 2,4- Toluendüsocyanat und 2,6-Toluendüsocyanat oder technische cis-/trans-Isomerengemische aus Isophorondiisocyanat (IPDI) zu bevorzugen. Besonders bevorzugt werden Polyisocyanate mit Isocyanat-Gruppen unterschiedlicher Reaktivität.
Bei der Komponente (B)(ü) sind 2,4-Toluendiisocyanat oder technische Isomerengemische aus 2,4- Toluendüsocyanat und 2,6-Toluendüsocyanat oder Bis-(4- isocyanatophenyl)-methan (MDI) und ggf. dessen höhere Homologe (Polymeric MDI) bzw. technische Isomeren-Gemische oder technische cis-/tr--ns-Isomerengemische aus Isophorondiisocyanat (IPDI) zu bevorzugen. Bei der Komponente (B)(iii) sind 2,4-Toluendüsocyanat oder technische Isomerengemische aus 2,4- Toluendüsocyanat und 2,6-Toluendiisocyanat oder Bis-(4- isocyanatophenyl)-methan (MDI) und ggf. dessen höhere Homologe (Polymeric MDI) bzw. technische Isomeren-Gemische oder technische cis-/trans-Isomerengemische aus Isophorondiisocyanat (IPDI) oder "Lackpolyisocyanate" auf Basis von 1,6- Diisocyanatohexan (HDI) als bevorzugt anzusehen.
Die gegebenenfalls fluormodifizierte Funktionalisierungs-Komponente (C)(i) besteht aus Verbindungen mit einer oder mehreren gegenüber Polyisocyanaten reaktiven Amino- und/oder Hydroxyl- und/oder einer oder mehreren gegenüber Hydroxyl- Gruppen reaktiven Isocyanato-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 2500 Dalton, ausgewählt aus den Gruppen der (cyclo)aliphatischen und/oder aromatischen Polyole und/oder Polyamine und/oder Polyaminoalkohole und/oder reaktiven polyhedralen oligomeren Polysilasesquixane (POSS) der allgemeinen Formel (RSiO15) n mit n = 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 und R = beliebiger organischer Rest mit 1 bis 100 C-Atomen und 0 bis 50 N- und/oder 0 bis 50 O- und/oder 0 bis 50 F- und oder 0 bis 50 Si- und/oder 0 bis 50 S-Atomen und einer Molmasse von 250 bis 25 000 Dalton. Als geeignete Verbindungen können beispielsweise Monoalkohole, Monoamine, Ethanolamin, Diethanolamin, Ethylendiamin, Diethylentriamin, N-(2-Aminoethyl)-2- arninoethanob Trimethylolpropan, Polyisocyanat-Komponenten analog (B)(i), (B)(ü) und (B)(iii) und reaktive polyhedrale oligomere Polysilasesquixane (POSS) der allgemeinen Formel (RSiOι.5)8 mit R = Aminopropyl und/oder Isocyanatopropyl und gegebenenfalls CHzCHzCFaCF∑CFzCFzCFaCFs und/oder H und/oder Alkyl und/oder Cycloalkyl und/oder Aryl und/oder (CH )3(OCH2CH2)nOMe und/oder und/oder Epoxypropyl und/oder Dimethoxysilyloxy und/oder Methacryloyloxypropyl und/oder Triethoxysilylpropyl eingesetzt werden.
Es ist im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung jedoch auch möglich, als Komponente (C)(i) reaktive polyhedrale ligomere Polysüasesquioxane (POSS) der allgemeinen Formel zu verwenden, wobei a = 0 oder 1, b = 0 oder 1, a + b = 1, m = 2, 6, 8, 10, 12 sowie R = Wasserstoffatom, Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Alkenyl-, Cycloalkenyl-, Alkinyl-, Cycloalkinylgruppe oder Polymereinheit, die jeweils substituiert oder unsubstituiert sind oder weitere funktionalisierte polyedrische oligomere Silizium-
Sauerstoffclustereinheiten, die über eine Polymereinheit oder eine Brückeneinheit angebunden sind, X = Oxy-, Hydroxy-, Alkoxy-, Carboxy-, Silyl-, Alkylsilyl-, Alkoxysilyl-, Siloxy-, Alkylsiloxy-, Alkoxysüoxy-, Silylalkyl-, Alkoxysüylalkyl-, Alkylsilylalkyl-, Halogen-, Epoxy-, Ester-, Fluoralkyl-, Isocyanat-, blockierte Isocyanat-, Acrylat-, Methacrylat-, Nitril-, Amino-, Phosphin-, Polyethergruppe oder mindestens eine solche Gruppe vom Typ X aufweisenden Substituenten vom Typ R, wobei sowohl die Substituenten vom Typ R gleich oder unterschiedlich sind als auch die Substituenten vom Typ X gleich oder unterschiedlich sind.
Die Funktionalisierungs-Komponente (C)(i) kann weiterhin aus Verbindungen und mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Amino- und/oder Hydroxyl-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 500 Dalton bestehen, ausgewählt aus den Gruppen der (cyclo)aliphatischen und/oder aromatischen Polyole und oder Polyamine und/oder Polyaminoalkohole. Als geeignete Verbindungen können beispielsweise Ethanolamin, Diethanolamin, Ethylendiamin, Diethylentriarnin, N-(2-A-rnmoethyl)-2-aminoethanol und Trimethylolpropan eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugt wird Diethanolamin eingesetzt werden.
Die niedermolekulare Polyamin-Komponente (E) besteht aus einem Polyamin mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Polyisocyanaten reaktiven (cyclo)aliphatischen oder aromatischen Amino-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 500 Dalton. Als geeignete (cyclo)aliphatische Polyamine können beispielsweise Adipinsäuredihydrazid, Ethylendiamin, Diethylentriarnin, Triethylentetramin, Tetraethylenpentamin, Pentaethylenhexamin, Dipropylentriamin, Hexamethylendiamin, Hydrazin, Isophorondiamin, N-(2-A-rninoethyl)-2-aminoethanob Jeffamine® (Polyoxyalkylenamine) der Fa. Huntsman Corporation, Diasparaginsäureester, Addukte aus Salzen der 2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropan-l-sulfonsäure (AMPS) und Ethylendiamin, Addukte aus Salzen der (Meth)acrylsäure und Ethylendiamin, Addukte aus 1,3-Propansulfon und Ethylendiamin oder beliebige Gemische daraus eingesetzt werden. Als geeignete aromtische Polyamine können beispielsweise Bis(4- amino-3-methylphenyl)methan, Cumendiamin, 3,3'-Dichloro-4,4 '-diaminodiphenylmethan (MOCA), Diethyltoluoldiamin, Methylendianilin (MDA), m- Phenylendiamin (m-PDA) oder beliebige Gemische daraus eingesetzt werden.
Daneben können auch latente Härtern auf Basis von Aldiminen und/oder Ketiminen und/oder Enaminen verwendet werden, die bei Zutritt von Wasser (z. B. Luftfeuchtigkeit) die Polyamine mit oder ohne Freisetzung flüchtiger Abspaltungsprodukte wieder freisetzen.
Die Lösemittel-Komponenten (L)(i), (L)(ü) und (L)(üi) bestehen aus niedrig- oder hochsiedendenden organischen Lösemitteln. Als geeignete Lösemittel können beipielsweise N-Methylpyrrolidon, Glykolether wie
Dipropylenglykoldimethylether (Proglyde DMM®), cyclische Alkylencarbonate, Xylob Ethylbenzob C3-Alkylbenzol (Cumol), Ethylacetat, Butylacetat, Butylglykob l.Methoxypropylacetat, Methylisobutylketon eingesetzt werden. Bevorzugt enthalten fluormodifizierte ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze weniger als 10 Gew.-% an organischen Lösemitteln im Gesamtsystem.
Bei den Formulierungs-Komponenten (F)(i) und (F)(ü) handelt es sich bspw. um Entschäumer, Entlüfter, Gleit- und Verlaufadditive, Dispergieradditive, Substratnetzadditive, Hydrophobierungsmitteb Rheologieadditive, Koaleszenzhilfsmitteb Mattierungsmitteb Haftvermittler, Frostschutzmittel, Antioxidantien, UV-Stabilisatoren, Bakterizide, Fungizide, weitere Polymere und oder Polymer-Dispersionen, Füllstoffe, Pigmente und Nanopartikel aller Art oder geeignete Kombination daraus, wobei die einzelnen Formulierungs-Bestandteile dabei als inert zu betrachten sind. Die Formulierungs-Bestandteile können sowohl während als auch nach der Herstellung nach der Herstellung der fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze eingebracht werden.
Der Festkörpergehalt an fluormodifiziertem Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol- Gemisch, bestehend aus den Komponenten (AI), (A2), (A3)(i), (B)(i) und (C)(i) in Stufe a) wird auf 25 bis 100 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 50 bis 75 Gew.-% bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des Bindemittels, bestehend aus den Komponenten (AI), (A2), (A3)(i), (B)(i), gegebenenfalls (C)( i), (F)(i), ggf. (L)(i) und ggf. (L)(iü), eingestellt.
Der Festkörpergehalt an Vernetzer-Komponente, bestehend aus den Komponenten (B)(iii) bzw. (B)(iii) oder (A3)(ü) und/oder (E), in Stufe c) wird auf 25 bis 100 Gew.- %, vorzugsweise 50 bis 75 Gew.-% bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des Härters (D), bestehend aus den Komponenten (B)(iü) oder (A4)(ü) und/oder (E), (F)(ü) und gegebenenfalls (L)(iii), eingestellt.
Das Polyurethan-Polymer, bestehend aus den Komponenten (A), (B), (C) und (E), weist eine bevorzugte mittlere Molekularmasse (Zahlenmittel) von 10 000 bis 100 000 Dalton auf.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharzen durch Herstellung eines fluormodifizierten Polyurethan-Prepolymers oder eines fluormodifizierten Polyol-Gemisches (Bindemittel) in Stufe a) sowie der anschließenden Herstellung des fluormodifizierten Polyurethanharzes in Stufe b). Zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens wird unter Anwendung der in der Polyurethan- Chemie üblichen Techniken in der Reaktionsstufe ein fluormodifiziertes Polyurethan- Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch (Bindemittel) dadurch hergestellt, indem man in der Reaktionsstufe ai) die Komponenten (AI), (A2) und (A3)(i) entweder mit der Komponente (B)(i) ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(i) und ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt, wobei die Hydroxyl-Gruppen der Komponenten (AI), (A2), (A3)(i) teilweise oder vollständig mit den Isocyanat- Gruppen der Komponente (B)(i) umgesetzt werden oder ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(i) und ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators abmischt, gegebenenfalls das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder das Polyol- Gemisch aus Stufe ai) in der Reaktionstufe a2) noch mit einer gegebenenfalls fluormodifizierten Funktionalisierungs-Komponente (C)(i) zur Reaktion bringt und das fluormodifzierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus den Stufen a_) oder a2) in der Reaktionsstufe a3) mit einer Formulierungs-Komponente (F)(i) versetzt, wobei die Formulierungsbestandteile einzeln oder gemeinsam vor, während oder nach der Umsetzung oder Abmischung der einzelnen Komponenten zugegeben werden.
Das fluormodifizierte Makromonomer (AI) wird vorzugsweise dadurch hergestellt, dass man in der Reaktionsstufe Ci) eine Fluoralkohol-Komponente (A4) mit der Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(ii) gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel- Komponente (L)(ü) und gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt, wobei die Reaktionsbedingungen und die Selektivitäten der Komponenten (A4) und (B)(ü) so gewählt werden, dass nur eine Isocyanat-Gruppe der Komponente (B)(ü) mit der Komponente (A4) reagiert, und gegebenenfalls anschließend in der Reaktionsstufe c2) das einheitliche Preaddukt aus Stufe Ci) vollständig mit der Funktionalisierungs-Komponente (C)(ü) zur Reaktion bringt, wobei die Reaktionsbedingungen und die Selektivität der Komponente (C)(ii) so gewählt werden, dass nur eine reaktive Gruppe der Komponente (C)(ü) mit der/den freien Isocyanat-Gruppe(n) des Preaddukts reagiert.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird hierbei die Fluoralkohol- Komponente (A4) bei einer Temperatur zwischen - 20 und 50 °C gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz eines geeigneten Lösemittels (L)ü) und gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz eines Katalysators zur Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(ü) innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 30 bis 60 Minuten zugetropft und in der Weise zur Reaktion gebracht, dass nur eine Isocyanat-Gruppe umgesetzt wird. In einem weiteren optionalen Schritt wird das entstandene Preaddukt innerhalb von einigen Minuten unter Kühlung in die Funktionalisierungs-Komponente (C)(ü) eingetropft. Geeignete Lösemittel (L)(ü) sind z. B. N-Methylpyrrolidon (NMP) oder Tetrahydrofüran.
In der nachfolgenden Reaktionsstufe b) wird schließlich ein fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz hergestellt, indem man das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer aus Stufe b3) im Falle einer einkomponentigen Applikation mit Luftfeuchtigkeit oder das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus Stufe b3) (Bindemittel') im Falle einer zweikomponentigen Applikation mit einer Vernetzer- Komponente (D) (Härter), bestehend aus einer Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(üi) oder einer niedermolekularen Polyol-Komponente (A4)(ü) und/oder einer niedermolekularen Polyamin-Komponente (E), einer Formulierungs-Komponente (F) (ü) und ggf. einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(iii), ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt, wobei die Formulierungsbestandteile einzeln oder gemeinsam vor, während oder nach der Abmischung der einzelnen Komponenten zugegeben werden.
Das NCO/OH-Equivalent- Verhältnis der Komponenten (AI), (A2), (A3)(i) und (B)(i) in Stufe a) wird vorzugsweise auf einen Wert von 0,5 bis 10,0, vorzugsweise 1,5 bis 6,0, eingestellt.
Das NCO/OH-Equivalent- Verhältnis von Bindemittel und Härter in Stufe b) wird auf einen bevorzugten Wert von 1,0 bis 2,0, vorzugsweise 1,0 bis 1,5, eingestellt.
Das NCO/OH-Equivalentverhältnis der Komponenten (A4) und (B)(ü) in Stufe Ci) wird insbesondere auf 1,9 bis 2,1 und das NCO/OH+NH-Equivalentverhältnis der Komponenten im Preaddukt aus Stufe Ci) und (C)(ü) in Stufe c2) auf 0,95 bis 1,05 eingestellt.
Die Reaktionsstufen a), b) und c) werden üblicherweise in Gegenwart von 0,01 bis 1 Gew.-% bezogen auf die Komponenten (A) und (B) eines für Polyadditionsreaktionen an Polyisocyanaten üblichen Katalysators durchgeführt. Gebräuchliche Katalysatoren für Polyadditions-Reaktionen an Polyisocyanaten sind beispielsweise. Dibutylzinnoxid, Dibutylzinndilaurat (DBTL), Triethylamin, ZinnOO-octoat, 1 ,4-Diaza-bicyclo[2,2,2]octan (DABCO), 1 ,4-Diaza-bicyclo[3,2(0]-5-nonen (DBN), 1 ,5-Diaza-bicyclo[5,4,0]-7-undecen (DBU).
Die Reaktionsstufen ai) und a2) werden vorzugsweise bei einer Temperatur von 40 bis 120 °C, insbesondere bei 50 bis 110 °C durchgeführt.
Die Reaktionsstufen Ci) und c2) werden vorzugsweise bei einer Temperatur von - 20 bis 50 °C, insbesondere bei 0 bis 30 °C durchgeführt.
Die Reaktionsstufen a3) und b) werden vorzugsweise bei einer Temperatur von 10 bis 60 °C, insbesondere bei 20 bis 50 °C durchgeführt. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentige Polyurethanharzen mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften im Bau- oder Industriebereich zur permanenten öl- und wasserabweisenden Oberflächenbehandlung bzw. -modifizierung von mineralischen und nichtmineralischen Untergründen, wie
a) Anorganische Oberflächen, wie z.B. poröse, saugende, raue und polierte Baumaterialien und Bauwerkstoffe aller Art (wie z. B. Beton, Gips, Kieselsäure und Silikate, Kunststein, Naturstein (wie z. B. Granit, Marmor, Sandstein, Schiefer, Serpentin), Ton, Zement, Ziegel) sowie Emaille, Füllstoffe und Pigmente, Glas, Keramik, Metalle und Metalllegierungen,
b) Organische Oberflächen, wie z. B. Holz und Holzwerkstoffe, Holzfurnier, glasfaserverstärkte Kunststoffe (GFK), Kunststoffe, Leder, Naturfasern, polare organische Polymere aller Art, Verbundmaterialien.
Die erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagenen fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften eignen sich zur permanenten öl- und wasserabweisenden Oberflächenbehandlung bzw. -modifizierung in den Anwendungsbereichen

Daneben eignen sich die erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagenen fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften im Baubereich zur Massenhydrophobierung/- oleophobierung von Beton, wie z.B.
• Betonfertigteile • Betonformteile • Ortbeton
• Spritzbeton • Transportbeton.
Je nach Anwendungsgebiet und dem damit verbundenen Anforderungsprofil können mit den erfindungsgemäßen fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharzen also
• einkomponentige und mit Luftfeuchtigkeit härtbare, prepolymerbasierende Systeme oder
• einkomponentige und über latente Härtern härtbare, prepolymerbasierende Systeme oder
• zweikomponentige, mit Vernetzern härtbare, prepolymerbasierende Systeme oder
• zweikomponentige, mit Vernetzern härtbare, polyolbasierende Systeme
hergestellt werden.
Durch geeignete Wahl und Einsatzmenge der beschriebenen Fluorkomponenten sind Beschichtungssysteme bzw. Oberflächen mit sehr niedrigen kritischen Oberflächenspannungen und sehr hohen Kontaktwinkeln zugänglich, die exzellente Antigraffiti- und Antisoiling-Eigenschaften aufweisen.
Insbesondere bei Anwendungen, wo sehr hohe Chemikalien- und Lösemittelbeständigkeiten gefordert sind, sind die erfindungsgemäßen fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze wässrigen Bindemittelsystemen mit Fluormodifizierung überlegen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften können für die jeweiligen Anwendungsgebiete grundsätzlich sowohl in formulierter als auch in unformulierter Form eingesetzt werden. Die Formulierung wird gemäss den aus der Lack- und Beschichtungstechnologie bekannten Methoden und Techniken durchgeführt. Es ist prinzipiell auch möglich, innerhalb von Formulierungen die erfindungsgemäßen fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften mit wässrigen oder nichtwässrigen Bindemitteln zu kombinieren und/oder Formulierungen auf Basis der fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften mit Formulierungen auf Basis von wässrigen oder nichtwässrigen Bindemitteln zu kombinieren. Der Begriff wässrige oder nichtwässrige Bindemittel kennzeichnet dabei wasserbasierende Polyurethane, Polymer-Dispersionen, redispergierbare Polymer- Pulver oder nichtwässrige lösemittelhaltige oder lösemittelfreie und ggf. reaktive Polymere.
Die Applikation der erfindungsgemäßen fluoπnodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften erfolgt mit den bekannten Methoden, wie z.B. Fluten, Gießen, Rakeln, Rollen, Spritzen, Streichen, Tauchen, Walzen.
Die Trocknung und Aushärtung der aus den erfindungsgemäßen fluormodifizierten ein- oder zweikomponentigen Polyurethanharze mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften hergestellten Beschichtungen erfolgt im Allgemeinen bei normalen (Außen- und Innen-)Temperaturen im Bereich von 5 bis 50 °C, d.h. ohne spezielles Erhitzen der Beschichtungen, kann jedoch je nach Anwendung auch bei höheren Temperaturen im Bereich von 50 bis 150 °C erfolgen.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele sollen die Erfindung näher veranschaulichen. Beispiele
Beispiel 1:
Fluormodifizierte Diolkomponente (T-Bone) In einem Vierhalskolben ausgerüstet mit Tropftrichter, KPG-Rührer, Rückflusskühler, Innenthermometer und Stickstoff-Deckung wurden 0,1 mol 2,4-Toluendiisocyanat (TDI) (Desmodur T 80, Fa. Bayer AG), gelöst in 28,8 g N-Methylpyrrolidon (NMP), unter Stickstoff-Deckung vorgelegt und auf ca. 15 - 20 °C abgekühlt. Ein Auskristallisieren von 2,4-Toluylendüsocyanat (TDI) sollte dabei unbedingt vermieden werden. Nach Zugabe von 2 Tropfen Dibutylzinndilaureat (DBTL) als Katalysator wurden unter Kühlung innerhalb von ca. 1 Stunde eine äquimolare Menge Fluoralkohol (z. B. Zonyl® BA, Fa. Du Pont de Nemours) langsam zugetropft. Nach Beendigung des Zutropfens wurde der Ansatz eine Stunde bei gleicher Temperatur nachgerührt, bis der gewünschte NCO-Wert erreicht wurde. Das Preaddukt wurde anschließend unter Kühlung zu einer äquimolaren Menge Diethanolamin (DEA), vermischt mit 3,0 g N-Methylpyrrolidon (NMP), langsam zugetropft. Die Reaktion ist beendet, wenn der NCO-Wert auf Null gesunken ist.
Beispiel 2:
Fluormodifizierte lichtechte lK-Polyurethan- Versiegelung für Fußböden
(feuchtigkeitshärtend) In einem Vierhalskolben ausgerüstet mit KPG-Rührer, Rückflusskühler, Thermometer und Stickstoff-Deckung wurde ein Gemisch aus
4,7 Gew. -Teilen fluormodifizierter Diolkomponente (siehe Beispiel 1, enthält 1,4 Gew.-Teile N-Methylpyrrolidon (NMP)) und 25,2 Gew. -Teilen Isophorondiisocyanat (Vestanat® IPDI, Fa. Degussa AG) unter Stickstoff-Deckung 2 h bei 80 - 90 °C in Gegenwart von 1 Tropfen Dibutylzinndilaureat (DBTL) als Katalysator gerührt. Nach Zugabe von 41,5 Gew.-Teilen Desmophen C 200 mit einer Hydroxyl-Zahl von 56 mg KOH g 1 (Fa. Bayer AG) wurde die Mischung unter Stickstoff-Deckung bei 80 - 90 ° C weiter gerührt, bis der berechnete NCO-Gehalt erreicht wurde (Theorie: 10,37 Gew.-%). Der Verlauf der Reaktion wurde acidimetrisch verfolgt. Anschließend werden 28,6 Gew.-Teile Proglyde® DMM (Fa. Dow Chemical) zugesetzt.

Sovermol® 805 (Cognis Deutschland GmbH) und 13,5 Gew.-Teilen fluormodifizierter Diolkomponente (siehe Beispiel 1, enthält 4,0 Gew.-Teile N-Methylpyrrolidon (NMP)) langsam unter ständigem Rühren 4,4 Gew.-Teile Zeolith Paste (Fa. Finma Chemie), 1,0 Gew.-Teile Perenol E 8 (Fa. Cognis Deutschland GmbH), 0,5 Gew.- Teile Perenol F 40 (Fa. Cognis Deutschland GmbH), 8,0 Gew.-Teile Micro Tale AT 1 (Fa. Norwegian-Talc), 17 Gew.-Teile Baryte C 14 (Fa. Sachtleben), 5,0 Gew.-Teile Pigmentpulver (Heucosin-Typen von Fa. Heubach) sowie 20,0 Gew.-Teile Millisil W12 (Fa. Quarzwerke) zugegeben. Dieses Gemisch wurde anschließend ca. 20 Minuten bei 1500 U/min unter Vakuum dispergiert.

Bayer AG) und 13,3 Gew.-Teilen fluormodifizierter Diolkomponente (siehe Beispiel 1, enthält 4,0 Gew.-Teile N-Methylpyrrolidon (NMP)) langsam unter ständigem Rühren 7,8 Gew.-Teile FinmaSorb 430 PR (Fa. Finma Chemie), 0,5 Gew.-Teile Texaphor P 61 (Fa. Cognis Deutschland GmbH), 41,2 Gew.-Teile Quarzmehl W 6 (Fa. Ouarzwerke), 2,6 Gew.-Teile Pigmentpulver sowie 0,5 Gew.-Teile Perenol E 8 (Fa. Cognis Deutschland GmbH) zugegeben. Dieses Gemisch wurde anschließend ca. 20 Minuten bei 1500 U/min unter Vakuum dispergiert.

In einem Vierhalskolben ausgerüstet mit KPG-Rührer, Rückflusskühler, Thermometer und Stickstoff-Deckung wurde ein Gemisch aus
5,0 Gew.-Teilen fluormodifizierter Diolkomponente (siehe Beispiel 1, enthält 1,5 Gew.-Teüe N-Methylpyrrolidon (NMP)) und 26,3 Gew.-Teilen Isophorondiisocyanat (Vestanat® IPDI, Fa. Degussa AG) unter Stickstoff-Deckung 2 h bei 80 - 90 °C in Gegenwart von ca. 1 Tropfen Dibutylzinndilaureat (DBTL) als Katalysator gerührt. Nach Zugabe von 34,7 Gew.-Teilen Desmophen C 200 mit einer Hydroxyl-Zahl von
56 mg KOH-g"1 (Fa. Bayer AG) und 4,4 Gew.-Teilen α,ω-Polymethacrylatdiol (Fa. Tego Chemie Service GmbH) sowie 1,1 Gew.-Teüen 3-{3,5,7,9,ll, 13,15- Heptaisobutypentacyclo [9.5.1. l(3,9).l(5,15).l(7,13)]octasiloxan-l-yl} propylisocyanat (Fa. Degussa AG) wurde die Mischung unter Stickstoff-Deckung bei 80 - 90 °C weiter gerührt, bis der berechnete NCO-Gehalt erreicht wurde (Theorie: 10,86 Gew.-%). Der Verlauf der Reaktion wurde acidimetrisch verfolgt. Anschließend werden 28,5 Gew.-Teile Proglyde® DMM (Fa. Dow Chemical) zugesetzt.

Fluormodifiziertes ein- oder zweikomponentiges Polyurethanharz mit verbesserten Oberflächeneigenschaften, erhältlich durch a) die Herstellung eines fluormodifizierten Polyurethan-Prepolymers mit freien Isocyanat-Gruppen oder freien Amino- und/oder Hydroxyl-Gruppen oder eines fluormodifizierten Polyol-Gemisches mit freien Hydroxyl-Gruppen (Bindemittel), wobei man ai) ein fluoπnodifiziertes Makromonomer (AI) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Amino- und/oder Hydroxyl- Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 500 bis 2000 Dalton, eine höhermolekularen Polyol-Komponente (A2) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Hydroxyl-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 500 bis 6000 Dalton sowie eine niedermolekularen Polyol-Komponente (A3)(i) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat- Gruppen reaktiven Hydroxyl-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 499 Dalton entweder mit einer Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(i), bestehend aus mindestens einem Diisocyanat, Polyisocyanat, Polyisocyanat-Derivat oder Polyisocyanat- Homologen mit zwei oder mehreren (cyclo)aliphatischen oder aromatischen Isocyanat-Gruppen gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Reaktivität, ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(i) und ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt oder ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(i) und ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators abmischt, a2) ggf. das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus Stufe ai) mit einer ggf. fluormodifizierten Funktionalisierungs-Komponente (C)(i) mit einer oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Amino- und/oder Hydroxyl-Gruppen und/oder einer oder mehreren gegenüber Hydroxyl-Gruppen reaktiven Isocyanat-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 2500 Dalton, ausgewählt aus den Gruppen der (cyclo)aliphatischen und/oder aromatischen Polyole und oder Polyamine und/oder Polyaminoalkohole und/oder reaktiven polyhedralen oligomeren Polysilasesquioxane (POSS) der allgemeinen Formel (RSiOι.5)n mit n = 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 und R = beliebiger organischer Rest mit 1 bis 100 C- Atomen und 0 bis 50 N- und/oder 0 bis 50 O- und oder 0 bis 50 F- und/oder 0 bis 50 Si- und/oder 0 bis 50 S-Atomen und einer Molmasse von 250 bis 25 000 Dalton, zur Reaktion bringt,
a3) das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus den Stufen ai) oder a2) mit einer Formulierungs-Komponente (F)(i) versetzt
sowie schließlich durch
b) die Herstellung eines fluormodifizierten Polyurethanharzes mit einem polymergebundenen Fluor-Gehalt von 1 bis 4 Gew.-% im Gesamtsystem, indem man das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer aus Stufe a3) im Falle einer einkomponentigen Applikation mit Luftfeuchtigkeit oder das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus Stufe a3) (Bindemittel) im Falle einer zweikomponentigen Applikation mit einer Vernetzer-Komponente (D) (Härter), einer Formulierungs-Komponente (F) (ü) ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(üi) sowie eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt und wobei man als Vernetzer-Komponente (D) im Falle des Polyol-Gemisches aus Stufe a3) eine Polyisocyanat- Komponente (B)(iü), bestehend aus mindestens einem Diisocyanat, Polyisocyanat, Polyisocyanat-Derivat oder Polyisocyanat-Homologen mit zwei oder mehreren (cyclo)aliphatischen oder aromatischen Isocyanat- Gruppen gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Reaktivität und im Falle des Polyurethan-Prepolymers eine Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(iii) oder eine niedermolekulare Polyol-Komponente (A3)(ü) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Hydroxyl-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 499 Dalton und/oder eine niedermolekulare Polyamin-Komponente (E) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat- Gruppen reaktiven (cyclo)aliphatischen oder aromatischen Amino-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 500 Dalton einsetzt.
2. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das fluormodifizierte Makromonomer (AI) dadurch hergestellt wurde, dass man
Ci) eine Fluoralkohol-Komponente (A4) bestehend aus einem Perfluoralkylalkohol mit terminalen Methylen-Gruppen (Kohlenwasserstoff- Spacern) der allgemeinen Formel CF3-(CF2)x-(CH2)y-OH, mit x = 3 - 20 und y = 1 - 6 oder einem Hexafluorpropenoxid (HFPO)-Oligomer- Alkohol der allgemeinen Formel
CF3CF2CF2O-CF(CF3)CF2O)z-CF(CF3)CH2-OH, mit z =1 - 10 oder aber Gemische aus diesen mit einer gegenüber Isocyanat-Gruppen reaktiven Hydroxyl-Gruppe und einer Molekularmasse von 250 bis 5000 Dalton mit einer Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(ü), bestehend aus mindestens einem Diisocyanat, Polyisocyanat, Polyisocyanat-Derivat oder Polyisocyanat-Homologen mit zwei oder mehreren (cyclo)aliphatischen oder aromatischen Isocyanat-Gruppen gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Reaktivität, ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittelkomponente (L)(ü) und ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt, c2) ggf. das Preaddukt aus Stufe Ci) vollständig mit einer Funktionalisierungs- Komponente (C)(ü) mit zwei oder mehreren gegenüber Isocyanat- Gruppen reaktiven Amino- und/oder Hydroxyl-Gruppen und einer Molekularmasse von 50 bis 500 Dalton, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der (cyclo)aliphatischen und/oder aromatischen Polyole und oder Polyamine und/oder Polyaminoalkohole, zur Reaktion bringt.
3. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als fluormodifiziertes Makromonomer (AI) Umsetzungsprodukte bzw. Makromonomere mit monomodaler Molmassenverteilung aus monofunktionellen Perfluoroalkylkoholen, Isophorondiisocyanat oder Toluendüsocyanat und Diethanolamin eingesetzt werden.
4. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als fluormodifiziertes Makromonomer(Al) ggf. lösemittelhaltige Umsetzungsprodukte aus i) Perfluoroalkylalkenen und Diethanolamin, vorzugsweise Perfluoralkylalkene mit terminalen Methylen-Gruppen (Kohlenwasserstoff-Spacern) der allgemeinen Formel mit x = 3 - 20 und/oder ü) Alkyl(per)fluoro(meth)acrylaten und/oder (Per)fluoroalkyl(meth)acrylaten und/oder (Per)fluoroalkyl-(per)fluoro(meth)acrylaten und Diethanolamin und oder in) (Per)fluoroalkylalkylenoxiden und N-Methylethanolamin oder Diethanolamin mit bevorzugten (Per)fluoroalkylalkylenoxiden der allgemeinen Formel mit x = 3 - 20 eingesetzt werden.

Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als höhermolekulare Polyol-Komponente (A2) (hydrophob modifizierte) Polyalkylenglykole, aliphatische oder aromatische Polyester, Polycaprolactone, Polycarbonate, hydroxyfunktionelle Makromonomere und Telechele wie α,ω-Polymethacrylatdiole, α,ω-Dihydroxyalkylpolydimethyl- süoxane, hydroxyfunktionelle Epoxid-Harze, hydroxyfunktionelle Keton-Harze, hydroxyfunktionelle Polysulfide, hydroxyfunktionelle Triglyceride, oxidativ trocknende Alkydharze auf Basis von Bisepoxiden und ungesättigten Fettsäuren oder Gemische daraus eingesetzt werden.
6. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Komponente (A2) lineare bzw. difunktionelle (hydrophob modifizierte) Polyether- und/oder Polyester- und/oder Polycaprolacton- und/oder Polycarbonat-Polyole und/oder α,ω- Polymethacrylatdiole mit einer Molekularmasse von 500 bis 3 000 Dalton eingesetzt werden.
7. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Komponente (A3)(i) und (A3)(ü) 1,4-Butandiol und/oder 2-Methyl-l,3-propandiol und/oder 2,2-Dimethyl-l,3-propandiol eingesetzt werden.
8. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Komponenten (B)(i) und/oder (B)(ü) und/oder (B)(iü) difunktionelle Polyisocyanat-Derivate bzw. Umsetzungsprodukte aus mindestens trifunktionellen aliphatischen oder aromatischen Polyisocyanaten und ggf. fluormodizierten aminofunktionellen polyhedralen ohgomeren Polysüasesquioxanen (POSS) der allgemeinen Formel (RSiOι.5)n mit n = 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 und R = beliebiger organischer Rest mit 1 bis 100 C- Atomen und 0 bis 50 N- und/oder 0 bis 50 O- und/oder 0 bis 50 F- und/oder 0 bis 50 Si- und/oder 0 bis 50 S-Atomen eingesetzt werden.
9. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Komponente (C)(i) um reaktive polyhedrale oligomere Polysüasesquioxane (POSS) der allgemeinen Formel (RSiOι.5)8 mit R = Aminopropyl und/oder Isocyanatopropyl und ggf. CH2CH2CF2CF2CF2CF2CF2CF3 und/oder H und/oder Cι-C25-Alkyl und/oder C3- Czs-Cycloalkyl und/oder C6-C3o-Aryl und oder (CH2)3(OCH2CH2)„OMe und/oder und/oder Epoxypropyl und/oder Dimethoxysüyloxy und/oder Methacryloyloxypropyl und oder Triethoxysilylpropyl handelt.

Fluormodifiziertes Plyurethanham nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Komponente (C)(i) reaktive polyhedrale oligomere Polysüasesquioxane (POSS) der allgemeinen Formel verwendet werden, wobei a = 0 oder 1 b = 0 oder 1 a + b = 1 m = 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 sowie R = Wasserstoffatom, Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Alkenyl-, Cycloalkenyl-, Alkinyl-, Cycloalkinylgruppe oder Polymereinheit, die jeweils substituiert oder unsubstituiert sind oder weitere funktionalisierte polyedrische oligomere Silizium- Sauerstoffclustereinheiten, die über eine Polymereinheit oder eine Brückeneinheit angebunden sind, X = Oxy-, Hydroxy-, Alkoxy-, Carboxy-, Süyl-, Alkylsilyl-, Alkoxysüyl-, Siloxy-, Alkylsüoxy-, Alkoxysiloxy-, Süylalkyl-, Alkoxysilylalkyl-, Alkylsüylalkyl-, Halogen-, Epoxy-, Ester-, Fluoralkyl-, Isocyanat-, blockierte Isocyanat-, Acrylat-, Methacrylat-, Nitril-, Amino-, Phosphin-, Polyethergruppe oder mindestens eine solche Gruppe vom Typ X aufweisenden Substituenten vom Typ R bedeuten und sowohl die Substituenten von Typ R als auch die Substituenten von Typ X gleich oder unterschiedlich sind.
11. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als niedermolekulare Polyamin-Komponente (E) (cyclo) aliphatische und/oder aromatische Polyamine und/oder Aminoalkohole eingesetzt werden.
12. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als niedermolekulare Polyamin-Komponente (E) latente Härter auf Basis von Aldiminen und/oder Ketiminen und/oder Enaminen eingesetzt werden.
13. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Formulierungs-Komponente (F)(i) und (F)(ü) Entschäumer, Entlüfter, Gleit- und Verlaufadditive, Dispergieradditive, Substratnetzadditive, Hydrophobierungsmitteb Rheologieadditive, Koaleszei zhilfsrnitteb Mattierungsmitteb Haftvermittler, Frostschutzmittel, Antioxidantien, UV-Stabilisatoren, Bakterizide, Fungizide, weitere Polymere sowie Füllstoffe, Pigmente, Nanopartikel oder geeignete Kombination daraus eingesetzt werden.
14. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das NCO/OH-Equivalent-Verhältnis der Komponenten (Al), (A2), (A3)(i) und (B)(i) in Stufe a) auf einen Wert von 0,5 bis 10,0, vorzugsweise 1,5 bis 6,0, eingestellt wird.
15. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das NCO/OH-Equivalentverhältnis der Komponenten (A4) und (B)(ü) in Stufe c_) auf 1,9 bis 2,1 und das NCO/OH+NH- Equivalentverhältnis der Komponenten im Preaddukt aus Stufe Ci) und (C)(ü) in Stufe c2) auf 0,95 bis 1,05 eingestellt wird.
16. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das NCO/OH-Equivalent- Verhältnis von Bindemittel und Härter in Stufe b) auf einen Wert von 1,0 bis 2,0, vorzugsweise 1,0 bis 1,5, eingestellt wird.
17. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reaktionsstufen a), b) und c) in Gegenwart von 0,01 bis 1 Gew.-% bezogen auf die Komponenten (A) und (B) eines für Polyadditionsreaktionen an Polyisocyanaten üblichen Katalysators durchgeführt werden.
18. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Stufe a) der Festkörpergehalt an fluormodifiziertem Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch, bestehend aus den Komponenten (AI), (A2), (A3)(i) (B)(i) und (C)(i), auf 25 bis 100 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 50 bis 75 Gew.% bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des Bindemittels, bestehend aus den Komponenten (AI), (A2), (A3)(i), (B)(i), ggf. (C)(i), (F)(i), ggf. L(i) und ggf. (L)(iü), eingestellt wird.
19. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, nach dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Stufe b) der Festkörpergehalt an Vernetzer- Komponente, bestehend aus den Komponenten (B)(iü) bzw. (B)(iii) oder (A3) (ü) und/oder (E), auf 25 bis 100 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 50 bis 75 Gew.% bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge des Härters (D), bestehend aus den Komponenten (B)(iü) oder (A3)(ü) und oder (E), (F)(ü) und ggf. (L)(iii), eingestellt wird.
20. Fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Polyurethan-Polymer bestehend aus den Komponenten (A), (B), (C) und (E) eine mittlere Molekularmasse (Zahlenmittel) von 10 000 bis 100 000 Dalton aufweist.
21. Verfahren zur Herstellung des fluormodifizierten Polyurethanharzes nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man a) ein fluormodifiziertes Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch (Bindemittel), dadurch herstellt, dass man ai) die Komponenten (AI), (A2) und (A3)(i) entweder mit der Komponente (B)(i) ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(i) und ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt, wobei die Hydroxyl- Gruppen der Komponenten (AI), (A2), (A3)(i) teüweise oder vollständig mit den Isocyanat-Gruppen der Komponente (B)(i) umgesetzt werden, oder ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(i) und ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators abmischt, a2) ggf. das fluormodifzierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder das Polyol- Gemisch aus Stufe ai) noch mit einer ggf. fluormodifizierten Funktionalisierungs-Komponente (C)(i) zur Reaktion bringt, a3) das fluormodifzierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus den Stufen ai) oder a2) mit einer Formulierungs-Komponente (F)(i) versetzt, wobei die Formulierungsbestandteüe einzeln oder gemeinsam vor, während oder nach der Umsetzung oder Abmischung der einzelnen Komponenten zugegeben werden, und b) ein fluormodifiziertes Polyurethanharz dadurch herstellt, dass man das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer aus Stufe a3) im Falle einer einkomponentigen Applikation mit Luftfeuchtigkeit oder das fluormodifizierte Polyurethan-Prepolymer oder Polyol-Gemisch aus Stufe a3) (Bindemittel) im Falle einer zweikomponentige Applikation mit einer Vernetzer-Komponente (D) (Härter), einer Formulierungs-Komponente (F)(ü) und ggf. einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(iii), ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt, wobei als Vernetzer-Komponente (D) im Falle des Polyol-Gemisches eine Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B) (iii) und im Falle des Polyurethan-Prepolymers eine Polyisocyanat- Komponente (B)(iii) oder eine niedermolekulare Polyol-Komponente (A3)(ü) und/oder eine niedermolekulare Polyamin-Komponente (E) eingesetzt und die Formulierungsbestandteile einzeln oder gemeinsam vor, während oder nach der Abmischung der einzelnen Komponenten zugegeben werden.
22. Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das fluormodifizierte Makromonomer (AI) dadurch herstellt, dass man
Ci) eine Fluoralkohol-Komponente (A4) mit der Polyisocyanat-Komponente (B)(ü) ggf. in Gegenwart einer Lösemittel-Komponente (L)(ü) und ggf. in Gegenwart eines Katalysators zur Reaktion bringt, wobei die Reaktionsbedingungen und die Selektivitäten der Komponenten (A4) und (B)(ü) so gewählt werden, dass nur eine Isocyanat-Gruppe der Komponente (B)(ü) mit der Komponente (A4) reagiert, und anschließend c2) ggf. das Preaddukt aus Stufe ci) vollständig mit der Funktionalisierungs- Komponente (C)(ü) zur Reaktion bringt, wobei die Reaktionsbedingungen und die Selektivität der Komponente (C)(ü) so gewählt werden, dass nur eine reaktive Gruppe der Komponente (C)(ü) mit der/den freien Isocyanat-Gruppe(n) des Preaddukts reagiert. , „„„„„ 005/007722 - 38 -
23. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Reaktionsstufen ai) und a2) bei einer Temperatur von 40 bis 120 °C, vorzugsweise bei 50 bis 110 °C durchführt.
24. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Reaktionsstufen a3) und b) bei einer Temperatur von 10 bis 60 °C, vorzugsweise bei 20 bis 50°C durchführt.
25. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Reaktionsstufen Ci) und C2) bei einer Temperatur von - 20 bis 50 °C, vorzugsweise bei 0 bis 30 °C durchführt.
26. Verwendung der fluormodifizierten Polyurethanharze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 20 im Bau- oder Industriebereich zur permanenten öl- und wasserabweisenden Oberflächenbehandlung bzw. -modifizierung von mineralischen und nichtmineralischen Untergründen, wie
• Anorganische Oberflächen, wie z.B. poröse, saugende, raue und polierte Baumaterialien und Bauwerkstoffe aller Art (wie z. B. Beton, Gips, Kieselsäure und Silikate, Kunststein, Naturstein (wie z. B. Granit, Marmor, Sandstein, Schiefer, Serpentin), Ton, Zement, Ziegel) sowie Emaille, Füllstoffe und Pigmente, Glas, Keramik, Metalle und Metalllegierungen, • Organische Oberflächen, wie z. B. Holz und Holzwerkstoffe, Holzfurnier, glasfaserverstärkte Kunststoffe (GFK), Kunststoffe, Leder, Naturfasern, polare organische Polymere aller Art, Verbundmaterialien.
27. Verwendung der fluormodifizierten Polyurethanharze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 20 zur permanenten öl- und wasserabweisenden Oberflächenbehandlung bzw. -modifizierung im Baubereich wie z. B. Antigraffiti / Antisoiling Coatings Easy-To-Clean Coatings weitere Beschichtungen aller Art (wie z. B. Balkonbeschichtungen, Dach (ziegel)beschichtungen, Einbrennlacke, Farben und Lacke, Fassadenfarben, Bodenbeschichrungen, leicht-, mittel und hochbelastbare Industrieböden, Parkdeckbeschichtungen, Sportböden) Abdichtungen Betonfertigteüe Betonformteüe Fliese und Fuge Kleb- und Dichtstoffe Lärmschutzwände Korrosionsschutz Putze und Dekorputze Wärmedämmverbundsysteme (WDVS) und Wärmedämmsysteme (WDS).
28. Verwendung der fluormodifizierten Polyurethanharze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 19 im Bereich • Automobilindustrie • Coil Coatings • Einbrennlacke • Glasfassaden und Glasoberflächen • Keramik und Sanitärkeramik • Lederzurichtung • oberflächerimodifizierte Füllstoffe und Pigmente • Papierbeschichtung • Rotoren von Windkraftanlagen • Scliiffsfarben.
9. Verwendung der fluormodifizierten Polyurethanharze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 19 im Bau- oder Industriebereich zur Massenhydrophobierung/- oleophobierung von Beton, wie z. B. Betonfertigteüe Betonformteüe Ortbeton Spritzbeton Transportbeton.
