Abstract

An easily and firmly secured wood plate comprises a male buckling portion and a female buckling portion at two opposite sides. An upper half of the male buckling portion is protruded with a buckling block. A lower edge of the buckling block is protruded with a buckling tip which is slightly inclined. An upper half of the female buckling portion is formed with an embedding groove at a position coupled to the buckling block of the male buckling portion. A lower end of the embedding groove has a slightly inclined buckling pit. In assembly, the buckling block of the male buckling portion is buckled into the embedding groove of the female buckling portion by the engagement of the inclined surfaces of the buckling tip and the buckling pit. Thereby, a plurality of wood plate units can be connected one by one.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to assembly of wood plates, and particularly to an easily and firmly secured wood plate which comprises a male buckling portion and a female buckling portion at two opposite sides, wherein a buckling block of a, male buckling portion is buckled into the embedding groove of the female buckling portion by the engagement of inclined surfaces of buckling tips of male buckling portions and buckling pits of female buckling portions; thereby, a plurality of wood plate units can be connected one by one. [0001]
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the prior art wood plate units are illustrated. The wood plate units [0002] 5 are assembled to a plywood sequentially. Two sides of the wood plate units 5 are formed with embedding grooves 51 and blocks 52. The block 52 is exactly embedded into the embedding groove 51. Before engagement, a nail is nailed into the plywood from one end of the block 52 in advance (or the wood plate unit 5 is glued to the plywood) so as to position the wood plate unit 5 to the plywood. Then the plywood is fixed to a ground. Then another wood plate unit 5 is embedded into the embedding groove 51 so as to assemble the wood plate units 5 one by one.
  • However this prior art has the following disadvantages. [0003] 1. In decoration, the wood plate unit 5 must be nailed to the plywood (or gluing the wood plate unit 5 to the plywood) for positioning the wood plate unit. The positioning by nail is tedious and if the ground is not flat, the nailing portion will have gaps with the ground so as to emit noise as people treads on the wood plate.
  • Moreover, in decoration, the wood plate unit [0004] 5 must be fixed to the plywood by using the nail 7 so that after the wood plate unit 5 is assembled, it is fixed by the whole piece so that it can not be detached or moved as desired. Thereby, it is inconvenient in use, for example, it can not be reused after transfer.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an easily and firmly secured wood plate which comprises a male buckling portion and a female buckling portion at two opposite sides. [0005]
  • The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.[0006]
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a plane view of the wood plate unit of the present invention. [0007]
  • FIG. 2A shows one embodiment of the present invention before buckling. [0008]

  • FIG. 5 shows the assembly of the prior art wood plate unit with a plywood.[0013]
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIG. 1, the structure of the present invention is illustrated. The wood plate unit [0014] 1 of the present invention has a male buckling portion 11 and a female buckling portion 12 at two sides of the wood plate unit 1. Each of the male buckling portion 11 and female buckling portion 12 has a half reduced embedding portion and a half exposed portion so that the exposed portion is coupled to the embedding portion. Thereby, a plurality of wood plate units 1 can be assembled by the buckling connections of the male buckling portions 11 and female buckling portions 12.
  • An upper half of the male buckling portion it is protruded with a [0015] buckling block 111. A lower edge of the buckling block 111 is protruded with a buckling tip 112 which is slightly inclined.
  • An upper half of the [0016] female buckling portion 12 is formed with an embedding groove 121 at a position coupled to the buckling block 11 of the male buckling portion 11. A lower end of the embedding groove 121 has a slightly inclined buckling pit 122.
  • Referring to FIG. 3, in assembly, the [0017] buckling block 111 of the male buckling portion 11 is buckled into the embedding groove 121 of the female buckling portion 12 by the engagement of the inclined surfaces of the buckling tip 112 and the buckling pit 122. Thereby, a plurality of wood plate units are firmly connected one by one.
  • Thereby, no glue is used for connecting wood plate units. The user can detach the wood plate unit by himself (or herself). In transfer, the user can detach the wood plate units for transfer and storage so that the wood plate units will not be harmed. [0018]
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
