Abstract

The invention relates to a composition for producing a surfactant having combined cleaning and impregnating properties, containing a long-chained non-fluorinated silane and a perfluorinated silane. According to the invention, a linear cross-linked polysiloxane network is formed by the oligomer/polymer formed from the two silane compounds by hydrolysis and condensation, comprising free reaction points enabling three-dimensional cross-linking.
